Great! That just means you’re human. This is your mind’s way of trying to protect you from unpleasant experiences such as making a mistake, rejection, failure, shame, heartbreak, anxiety, or physical pain. So, it makes sense that you develop habits and patterns to avoid these outcomes. But what happens when these patterns stand in the way of the life you want to live?
(Hint): You get stuck!
My Philosophy: I believe that you have the strengths and resources needed to get unstuck. You just haven’t gotten the chance to try a different strategy that will guide you toward your destination.
The Journey: It all starts with understanding you—where you want to go and how you envision getting there, because no two journeys are the same.
